When you enquire about a course, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number and course interest. Enrolment forms also ask for your chosen courses and address, including an address for delivering a course kit where applicable. Communications with us may include information you choose to share by email, phone or WhatsApp. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
We use enquiry and enrolment information to answer questions, discuss courses, process enrolment, arrange classes and relevant deliveries, and communicate about the services requested. We also use operational information to maintain our website, resolve problems, keep relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to stop promotional messages without stopping necessary course or account communications.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how pages are used. Analytics services can process technical information, including browser and device details, page visits, referring pages and cookie or similar identifiers. Website hosting and service providers may process technical logs needed to operate their services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Ads_R3 is used by authorised administrators to manage R3 Jewel Academy advertising. It is not a public student sign-in service. With the permissions granted by the business, the integration accesses the assigned advertising account, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative assets, advertising results, and the associated Facebook Page and Instagram business identity. This can include business or asset identifiers, account names, Page names, Instagram usernames and advertising permissions.
We use this information to create and manage authorised advertising, check publisher identities, review advertising performance and maintain operational records. The integration uses advertising and Page permissions; its current tools do not retrieve individual Meta lead-form submissions, private messages, passwords or payment-card details. We do not sell data obtained through this integration. Access credentials are kept outside the public website and are not included in advertisements.
Meta independently handles information collected through its own services. See the Meta Privacy Policy. Business administrators can manage app permissions and assigned assets through Meta's business settings.
Information may be accessed by academy staff and authorised service providers who need it for the purposes described here, including hosting, communications, analytics, payment processing and advertising services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Data processed by third-party services is also subject to their own privacy terms and may be processed outside your country.
Payment links and third-party services have their own information-handling practices. Review the provider's privacy policy before submitting payment information. This policy does not replace the policies of services reached through external links.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including active enquiries, course administration and relevant accounting or legal requirements. Advertising records may be retained for campaign administration and reporting. When handling a deletion request, we review whether any records must be kept for a continuing service, legal obligation or dispute.

Do not send a password, access token or full payment-card number.
For data associated with Ads_R3, use the subject Ads_R3 data deletion and identify the relevant business, Page, Instagram account or advertising asset. An authorised business administrator may also remove the integration's access through Meta. Removing access prevents future authorised API access; contact us to request review of any information already held by us. Requests concerning data held independently by Meta or another provider must also be directed to that provider.
We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained and the reason. Available rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request. A parent or guardian can contact us about information concerning a child.
