Refund Policy


The following refund policy applies to all students enrolled at R3 Jewel Academy.

Please review this policy carefully before enrolling in any courses or programs at our institution.

Withdrawals and Refunds

If a student withdraws from a course or program, a refund of tuition and fees may be available, depending on the timing of the withdrawal and the amount of coursework that has been completed.

  • If a student withdraws before starting of the training, a full refund of tuition and fees will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees such as application fees or technology fees.
  • If a student withdraws during first week of the training course, a 50% refund of tuition and fees will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees.
  • If a student withdraws after completing 25% or more of the coursework, no refund of tuition and fees will be provided.

Please note that certain courses or programs may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated in the enrollment agreement or course materials.

In the event that, R3 Jewel Academy cancels a course or program, a full refund of tuition and fees will be provided to all students who have enrolled in that course or program.

Other Refunds

If a student is unable to attend a course or program due to extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency), a refund of tuition and fees may be available on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund in these circumstances, the student must submit a written request along with supporting documentation to the R3 Jewel Academy Office of Student Services. The request will be reviewed by a committee, and a decision on the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the request.
