4th Consecutive Year of Excellence
Consistency is the true hallmark of excellence. At R3 Jewel Academy, winning is no longer just an aspiration—it is our annual tradition.
We are immensely proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, R3 Jewel Academy has emerged victorious at the prestigious National Jewellery Awards (NJA) 2025. To top this incredible winning streak, our students have once again clinched the industry’s most coveted title: "Student of the Year." This quadruple victory is a historic milestone. It sends a clear message to the industry: R3 Jewel Academy is not just participating in the conversation of design excellence; we are leading it.
Winning a national award once is an achievement. Winning it four years consecutively is a dynasty. Since 2022, our students have consistently stood on the NJA podium, outshining competitors from across the country. This 4-year track record shatters the notion of "beginner's luck." It proves that our education system delivers repeatable, high-quality results.
It confirms that our curriculum evolves with the trends. We aren't teaching outdated concepts; we are teaching the techniques that win awards today.
Our faculty doesn't just produce one lucky winner; they churn out champions year after year.
When recruiters see "R3 Jewel Academy" on a resume, they recognize it as the home of consistent national winners.
The "Student of the Year" category is the toughest battleground at the NJA. It requires a perfect storm of creativity, technical feasibility, and market relevance. Retaining this title for another year highlights that R3 students possess a holistic understanding of jewellery. They don't just draw pretty pictures; they engineer sellable, award-worthy art. This victory reflects our rigorous focus on:
"Four years. Countless designs. One Academy. R3 Jewel Academy continues to set the gold standard for design education in India."
Behind every trophy is a story of resilience. We dedicate this 4th consecutive win to our hardworking students and our relentless mentors. They have created an environment where "good enough" is never acceptable, and excellence is the only standard.
Two R3 Jewel Academy students took Student of the Year honours at the National Jewellery Awards 2025. Both photographs were taken at the ceremony.
Both winners trained in our Manual Jewellery Designing and CAD courses, taught by mentors who still work in the trade. Sakshi Tandon had already won the year before, at NJA 2024 — and Suparna Pattanayak Maity now teaches manual design here.
R3 students have won Student of the Year at the National Jewellery Awards four years running, 2022 through 2025. That record comes from small live batches of no more than five students, mentors who still work in the trade, and a manual-first curriculum that teaches design before software. Our Manual Jewellery Designing and CAD courses are where those winners started.
